Privacy Policy

This policy reflects the services actually running on this site as of its last audit (2026-10-28). If a service is added or removed, this page is updated first — the calculator pages and this policy are meant to match, always.

Calculator inputs

Everything you type into any calculator on this site — height, waist, and other measurements — is processed entirely in your browser. The calculations run in your browser; your inputs are never sent to any server, never logged, and never stored. You can verify this yourself: the calculators work with no network connection beyond loading the page.

Analytics

This site does not currently run a third-party analytics service. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no session recording.

Cookies

As of the last audit, this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets session and authentication cookies only for logged-in administrators. Site caching (WP Super Cache) stores page HTML for speed — it does not store personal data. Comments are closed site-wide, so no comment-author cookies are set. If the contact forms introduce a technical cookie (for security or anti-spam), this section will be updated before that goes live.

Contact and error-report forms

The site does not currently operate automated web forms. If you email us (via the contact page or the report-an-error route), we receive your email address and your message, use them only to process your inquiry, and keep the correspondence only as long as needed. Correspondence goes to the site admin address, donhugess@gmail.com. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

ABCP Progress Tracker

The ABCP Progress Tracker is not yet implemented. If it is built later, the plan is browser-local storage only (nothing leaves your device) — and this section will be expanded with that disclosure before it ships.

Hosting logs

Like virtually all websites, the hosting provider records standard technical data in server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and operational purposes, retained per the host’s default practices. This site does not use that data for profiling or advertising.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by a commercial hosting provider (DreamHost). That is currently the extent of its third-party dependencies that touch visitors: no analytics service, no advertising network, no social-media embeds, and no externally-hosted fonts (fonts load from this site itself).

Advertising and affiliate links

This site does not currently display advertising or affiliate links. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated — and the required disclosures added — before the ads or links appear.

Children’s privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted through the forms. Because the site currently collects almost nothing, the practical scope of those rights is small — but requests will be honored. Use the contact page or email donhugess@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be noted on the Research and Updates log (planned for a later phase) with the date of the change. The audit date at the top of this page is updated whenever the underlying implementation changes.
