Report an Error
If you found a calculation error, a broken regulation link, an outdated citation, or a confusing explanation, tell us. We read every report, and a report that changes a published page gets recorded in the site’s correction history.
For personal military questions — your record, your timeline, your options — contact your unit ABCP counselor or recruiter instead. We cannot provide personal advice.
Send a report
Email your report to donhugess@gmail.com with the subject line “Error report”. Please include:
- The page URL where you found the issue
- The issue type — a calculation error, an outdated regulation reference, a broken link, a confusing explanation, or an accessibility barrier
- The details: what you expected, what you saw, and the inputs you used (for calculation errors)
What happens next
We log the report internally. If it changes a published page, the change is recorded — with its date and rationale — on the Research and Updates log, which is planned for a later phase. We do not promise a response time.
The fastest way to check whether a report matters: run the calculation yourself on the WHtR calculator and compare it against the published formula and test log — if our calculator disagrees with the published formula, that is a bug and we want to know.
Reports are stored briefly to process the issue and are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information.
